You can add additional flavors such as garlic powder, onion powder or seasoned salt for extra flavor.  This pairs well with any veggie or can be eaten open face on a roll or hard bread.

Cube Steak Recipe

Ingredients

24 ounces of cube steak divided into 4 servings

Pam Spray or 3 tablespoons of butter

1/3 cup of Soy or Worcestershire Sauce

½ cup of water

Salt and Pepper as desired

Directions

Step 1

Use pam spray or melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.  Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of soy or Worcestershire sauce onto the steaks and cook until golden brown.  3 to 4 minutes

Step 2

Flip steaks and add 2 teaspoons of soy or Worcestershire to the other side, cook to desired readiness.  Having a firm steak with reddish-pink center is delicious.  Once cooked to desire, remove from heat and cover in foil.

Step 3

Making a sauce, use the pan that the steaks were cooked in and add ½ cup of water and remaining soy or Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.  Remove from heat after boiled for 2 mins and add 2 tablespoons of butter, stir until melted.

Step 4

Spread sauce over the steaks and enjoy!
